For Clients:

• Rate and review completed services

For Beauty Professionals:

• Create professional profiles and showcase work
• Manage availability and bookings
• Communicate with clients
• Receive payments for completed services
• Access business analytics and tools

All Users Must:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Use the platform respectfully and professionally
• Not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations

Beauty Professionals Must Also:

• Maintain valid licenses and certifications as required by law
• Provide services professionally and safely
• Honor confirmed bookings or provide adequate notice of changes
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods
• Payments are held until service completion
• Automatic payments may be charged for subscription services

Platform Fees:

• Service fees are clearly disclosed before booking
• Professional subscription fees may apply
• Payment processing fees as per Stripe's standard rates

Refunds and Cancellations:

• Refund policies vary by service type and professional
• Cancellation must follow the professional's stated policy
• Disputes are handled through our resolution process
